Herzing University Issue Tracker

This page reproduces entries from a student maintained issue tracker concerning Herzing University's MSN-DE prelicensure nursing program. Each entry carries the tracker's own status label, almost always CONFIRMED or POSSIBLE. Entries marked POSSIBLE are reported concerns pending verification, not findings. Student names have been replaced with consistent pseudonyms (Student A, Student B, and so on); the author is referred to as the reporting student. The Herzing University Issue Tracker is a student maintained issue tracking database concerning Herzing University's MSN-DE prelicensure nursing program. It contains 306 entries dated from 2025 through September 2026, each tied to specific source documents (emails, Canvas and LMS screenshots, GroupMe and Facebook records, EthicsPoint reports, and institutional letters). Each entry carries the tracker's own status label, almost always CONFIRMED or POSSIBLE (one resolved entry, HU-029, is labeled RESOLVED): CONFIRMED entries are supported by documentary evidence reviewed in preparing the entry, while POSSIBLE entries are reported concerns that have not been independently verified and should be read as such. Student names have been replaced throughout with consistent pseudonyms (Student A, Student B, and so on, or numbered handles where a name was not available); the author of the tracker is referred to as the reporting student.
