== Overview == This article collects nine tracker records, all marked CONFIRMED, dated from 2026-05-04 to 2026-06-15. Six carry High severity ({{HU|HU-046}}, {{HU|HU-096}}, {{HU|HU-096a}}, {{HU|HU-096b}}, {{HU|HU-096c}}, {{HU|HU-116}}), two carry Medium severity ({{HU|HU-151}}, {{HU|HU-168d}}), and one carries Low severity ({{HU|HU-158}}). Recurring owners include the Program Chair, Academic Affairs, faculty in named courses, Admissions, the Dean of Nursing, and the Dean of Prelicensure Nursing. One thread concerns enrollment misrepresentation and an unpredictable workload. {{HU|HU-046}} documents assurances given to prospective MSN-DE students that the program would not require synchronous activity during work hours, followed by mandatory Zoom sessions added mid-semester. {{HU|HU-096}} is the lead entry for a split cluster on extreme and unpredictable assignment workload, with sub-issues covering weekly volumes of roughly 90 to 100 assignments and up to 50 hours of classwork in a week ({{HU|HU-096a}}), 14 to 19 assignments posted and due the same evening with only hours of notice ({{HU|HU-096b}}), and students failed within the first three days of a class with no missing assignments ({{HU|HU-096c}}). {{HU|HU-116}} documents a current-semester instance of the same pattern, with 175 points of graded work added to Clinical IV Week 1 after the semester had begun and with no advance notice. A second thread concerns communication process rather than workload volume. {{HU|HU-151}} documents a student left to infer his clinical schedule from an unresolved internal email exchange between staff, an arrangement the AVP acknowledged was a poor student experience. {{HU|HU-158}} documents the Dean of Prelicensure Nursing's ten-day unavailability immediately after she denied a retake request and the related case was closed. {{HU|HU-168d}} documents a faculty member's weeks-old notice about a deficient screenshot submission that was never resolved through a documented resubmission opportunity before a 0 was entered. Across both threads, the records show a pattern of students absorbing schedule and grading changes generated by internal institutional processes they were not equipped to interpret.
